Menschenkenner – Systemische Organisations- und Personalentwicklung

About us

Specialised people and perspectives – brought together into tailored solutions

Menschenkenner is a firm for systemic organisational and people development, headquartered in Denmark. We have been working in German-speaking countries for over 20 years, and most of our team is based in Germany. Our consultants come to us by different professional paths – united by many years of experience in leadership, development and systemic organisational consulting.

What we are – and above all what we are not

We are not run-of-the-mill coaches who prescribe behaviours or preach the five steps to successful leadership. We are not structure or strategy consultants who bring along their ready-made, extremely smart solutions. And we are not promisers of salvation who take over responsibility for your organisation as long as you do what we tell you.

We are facilitators with sound medical-therapeutic and, above all, systemic expertise and many years of experience – both in leadership and in accompanying people and organisations through change processes, crises, start-ups or the transition to something entirely new. We see our work as a kind of midwife for new realities in organisations. Our aim is to foster self-determination, autonomy and authenticity through our work.

You remain the expert on your own organisation. We draw on existing resources, create new experiences and develop solutions together with the system.

Systemic and integrative

We look at organisations and people in their interactions – not in isolation.

  • Complementary team

Specialists are brought together to suit each task and work from a shared understanding.

  • Process architects

We design a process tailored to the particular features of your organisation – not a standard solution.

Our consulting team

Complementary experience rather than duplicated roles.

Different professional backgrounds, united by a shared systemic understanding: our consultants completed their training in systemic organisational consulting and development together at Simon Weber Friends.
