Everyone has to decide that for themselves, of course. We can well understand when people would rather talk to an AI agent than open up to a fellow human being.

Nevertheless, organisations involve multi-layered processes in which what matters is not only what is said, but also how it is said.

Many of the methods used in systemic consulting today can also be found on the internet. But AI cannot yet read what is said between the lines.

We therefore believe that human guidance will remain meaningful and necessary for most concerns in the future.

It is important to us to understand exactly, right from the start, what the concern is that people and organisations bring to us. We always carry out this clarification of the assignment free of charge. That way we remain free to decide whether or not to take on an assignment.

We take at least 30 minutes to explore the concern and the central question and to look at the dynamics behind them. The conversation takes place by phone or via Zoom – whichever suits you best.

The costs are difficult to state as a flat rate in advance, as every concern differs in complexity and may require an individual approach.

We work with transparent daily and hourly rates. As part of clarifying the assignment, we discuss together the time and financial commitment to expect for a possible collaboration.

We work with our clients in German, Danish and English – fluently in all three languages.
