Systemic Leadership & Consulting Retreats
You bring the question. We create the space.
Anyone who carries responsibility for people, organisations and change spends a large part of their time reacting, deciding and finding solutions.

What is easily lost in the process is distance.
The distance to perceive what is actually happening. The time to look at the supposedly familiar in a different way. The space to ask questions for which there are no quick answers in everyday life.
Our retreats create exactly this space.
Four days outside the usual professional context. In a small group of people who carry responsibility themselves. With time for reflection, exchange, systemic changes of perspective and engaging with real questions from your own practice.
There is no fixed curriculum and no catalogue of methods to work through.
You bring your questions, situations and experiences. We shape the setting, hold the process and create opportunities to look at things from different perspectives.
Perhaps a new insight emerges. Perhaps a different question. Perhaps a new way of acting.
What emerges cannot be fully planned. And that is precisely the idea of the retreat.
Step back. Look again. Explore. Return.

What participants say
“Menschenkenner don’t certify competence. They create a space in which competence emerges.”
“For me, the retreat was the perfect place to withdraw from what was going on so that I could look at it differently again.”
“The most remarkable thing for me was that the retreat didn’t offer a fixed syllabus, but rather a very clear architecture for exploring our own questions, situations and topics together.”
“We cooked, ate, lived, worked and reflected together and looked at leadership and organisation. Experiences that were always interesting enough to explore together.”
