People are my passion. As a manager in the financial services sector and as a doctor, I was able to experience this passion in completely different roles before I combined approaches from medicine and the world of business in a coaching model in 2000. At Menschenkenner, I want to establish corporate cultures that allow us to remain healthy. Remaining healthy by increasing motivation, satisfaction and identification and by resolving latent conflict. I use empathy and clarity to bring previously unknown matters to the surface with my team and thereby create the basis for more understanding and trust. I believe in a society that encourages self-determination and the authenticity of the individual. In light of this, I give speeches, hold workshops and coaching sessions and arrange various teaching assignments at universities. With passion! My scientific interests nowadays include preventing burnout and the importance of corporate identity for business and the economy.
