‘Know yourself’ – this search began at a young age in my internal world and led me to my vocation of supporting other people in their development processes. Just like in The Very Hungry Caterpillar, I devoured my way through the varied landscape of human growth development as a solid foundation for my work. With my intuitive perception, empathy and enthusiasm for change processes, I provide a driving force for change in coaching sessions, training sessions and speeches. Knowing people as passionately as I do, I provide ideas as to how patterns of thinking and behaviour influence our experience, how to take responsibility for our own thoughts and actions, and how to see ourselves as the designers of our personal lives. To manage others, I must be able to manage myself. I always hear, ‘How can I meet challenges calmly and with control?’ We use mindfulness, appreciation and access to people’s emotional strengths to cultivate authentic self-management and a fulfilling quality of life that extends far beyond the workplace.
