‘We can tap into enormous potential with the right access to our own authenticity.’
Denise Sniehotta
Media training, rhetoric, systemic coaching
How do I present myself correctly? In front of the camera, in front of an audience, on stage or at work? Situations that are uncomfortable for many people. As a media coach, I help my customers to develop their personal strengths and strategies for making successful appearances. There is no one-size-fits-all approach to this. I teach my customers the rhetorical instruments of communication and presentation. At the same time, I help them to recognise and best use their resources in order to develop their own personal style. We can tap into enormous potential with the right access to our own authenticity. As a systemic adviser, I also always find new approaches to communication with teams. My aim is to guide teams and individuals in their development and growth and thereby facilitate a motivated working environment. This includes creating transparency, trust and willingness to reach agreements. Unfortunately, there are often conflicts and barriers, and behind these are respect, resources and structures that need to be exposed. The way to do this is entirely individual. With my targeted view and my ability to listen, I create clarity, and lead and guide teams through their varied processes. I see myself as a supporter and booster of resources when the matters at hand are not (exclusively) professional. It is often personal questions that concern us. This is part of life coaching. If my customers feel stuck at a dead end, we will look for a sustainable way forward together.
