“Really listening, observing and asking questions opens up spaces for development and learning where previously there seemed to be none.”
Regine Tenga
Systemic organizational and leadership development, speaker
I love meeting people – in all kinds of places, in all kinds of situations. What accompanies me is my passion for development and empowerment.
As an occupational therapist, I have learned how powerful precise observation can be: It can make developmental approaches visible – even where they previously seemed hidden. As a systemic organizational consultant, I bring precisely this view to organizations, teams and people: an open, attentive view that does not judge prematurely, but perceives what is there. I ask: What enables development? What prevents learning? Where are people not looking – and what can’t be seen as a result?
At Menschenkenner , I provide my clients with precisely this perspective. Not because I think I already know the ready-made solution – but with the conviction that we can discover it in a joint process. Development cannot be prescribed – but it can be made possible if the space for it is created.
In my many years of work as a therapist and manager, I have experienced time and again how learning and empowerment became possible – often in places where there was previously a standstill. These experiences have shaped my work as a consultant to this day.
