Three decades of sales, marketing and human-resources development in the financial services sector shaped my love for interacting with people. In today’s fast-paced world, with unlimited access to information, I am especially interested in the challenge of developing sales experts, managers and teams holistically and in the long term. As a resource, humans have immense, untapped potential for development, which is waiting to be discovered and used. Our job is to identify the driving forces and motives of each individual and to activate these with individual and situational management. This creates loyalty, commitment, satisfaction and a high level of employee identification with the company.
