‘The magic lies in revealing a new togetherness.’

Supervision and mediation, outdoor organisation development
In team development, I am a fully committed partner to our customers, and I can bring this to life for your team in an external context. Learning in depth only really works if we use all levels: our head, heart and hand. At Menschenkenner, my speciality is combining systemic teaching with outdoor experiences. A potential scenario is, for example, to build a raft in a team or to put mutual trust to the test on a high ropes course. As a systemic therapist, qualified social-education worker and experiential-education worker, my roots lie in carpentry. Accordingly, I build bridges in a special way: I bring people together who are facing seemingly insurmountable obstacles. When developing group dynamics, a powerful process at the highest level means that we unearth and make use of resources that have long been forgotten. This is especially worthwhile when the magic of the new (togetherness) is revealed. My customers therefore actively shape lasting change processes with me.
