‘When am I brave enough to accept mistakes as an exciting process? When am I alert and ready for developments in my environment? When am I happy to take on responsibility?’

When does a game work? When do I have fun? When do I really keep at things? When am I brave enough to accept mistakes as an exciting process? When am I alert and ready for developments in my environment? When am I happy to take on responsibility? These are questions that I have dealt with since the very beginning of my career. I often felt that there must be something else. My first real aha-moment was at a seminar in 1998 with Klaus Kobjol. Years of intense self-study followed with start-ups, cooperations and seminars, among other things. It was a true gift when I discovered improvisation theatre in 2003 that I was able to answer the above questions better. The journey of discovery is still ongoing today and has brought me into contact with wonderful projects in different countries and companies. For some years it has been especially important to me to help young teachers to be more courageous and agile in taking on their daily challenges so that they can encourage future generations of pupils to be courageous and curious.
